This film is a life lesson. A film about a man Miguel who came off the boat , Dominican Republic, he didn't know any English. He was just learning little by little. He was following his dreams. This teaches a lesson because life can throw anything at you, life isn't easy. You will go through some struggles just to guide you to where you want to be. Miguel had to start a new life, and of course he struggled but he managed because he wanted to make it out. You lose people and gain new. Miguel lost his father years ago and the family had to count on him. He had to become a man and make his family proud. He tried everything to follow his dreams on becoming a baseball player and he did it. He gained a brotherhood with his team and a family. In life you'll go through obstacles but you will always get through it.
