ROCKY
The film was made in 1976, directed by John G. Avildsen and both written and starring Sylvester Stallone. The set of the film in late 1976 when America was celebrating the bicentennial in Philadelphia. (where Liberty Bell is located).
This movie was amazing, He set a story up and at the end, had the girl he loved by him. I believe that the moral of the movie is that no matter what, keep the things you love close.
Rocky made himself look like the "tough" guy- no emotions, strong but it wasn't like that. He was an animal lover, had a couple of pets at home, didn't want to hurt anyone, had a little crush on a pet store clerk, Adrian (played by Talia Shire).
Rocky fought Apollo Creed on New Years Day. He doubted himself so much several times before the fight. He lasted fifteen rounds, held himself up against the heavyweight champion. Even though he lost to Apollo, the movie ended with him being with Adrian, with his face bruised and full of blood. I would love to watch the other Rocky movies and see the difference between them.
