Jaws!

Wrong Jaws, but you tried.
Jaws is a fantastic classic about some dudes trying to catch a shark in a small boat. Yadda yadda, we're going to need a bigger boat, oh dear god sharks.

I've never actually seen Jaws before but it turned out to be as good as people said it was. I didn't get to see the intro, but from what I can understand, everyone knows there's a big shark out there and they want to get rid of it.

Some stuff happens, there's a police investigation but meanwhile this big tycoon who owns the beach deems it safe to swim in after the investigation. So the beach party continues, everyone's having a good time.

Then wham, shark! Everyone evacuates, the coast guard shows up, they aim guns at the shark but turns out it's just a little kid with a shark fin on his back. Fun.

Great distraction though, because turns out there's an actual shark nearby and it's headed right near where three kids are going small-boat sailing. Yikes, suddenly the shark shows up and tips the boat over! The kids got saved but the adult accompanying them wasn't so lucky.

Soon after, we see the chief of police (Brody) team up with Quint (a hardcore seaman, caught many sharks) and Hooper (an oceanographer) to go out to sea to catch this beast. They had several encounters with the beast and the boat suffered a ton of damage.

I didn't get to see the end, but from what I recall, the boat gets demolished, the team catches the shark but Quint loses his life to said shark.
