Who did it?

What would you do or where would you go if you stole $40,000 from your boss? Those were the thoughts running through the mind of Marion Crane (Janet Leigh). She decided to make a run for it and escape to another place. The first choice she made was buying another car so that she wouldn't get recognized or have someone follow her. After a while of driving and being paranoid, anxious, and scared she decided to go to a place just to rest for the night so that she had the energy for the next day. Ms. Crane decided to stay at the Bates Motel, where she met Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins).  Little did Marion know that this would be the last place she visited. Many secrets kept at the Bates Motel and they all come from the dark past Norman Bates had.
I personally enjoyed the majority of the movie because of the many plot twists, but there were scenes that were over dramatized and background music that was over play. Given that this movie was made in the 1960 it was directed well by Alfred Hitchcock, I loved how it was filmed in black and white even though there was colored movies at that time. Maybe me being accustomed to the movies today where they are made to look more realistic that may have made me a little picky with this movie. I do recommend this movie to people who enjoy old films about mysteries and murders.
